The SELLER must stipulate the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract ( MK regulations ).

Distance contract

SELLER of the goods offered in this online store and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enters into the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver event tickets to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Delivery and payment procedures

The Buyer places an order for goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the option of paying for the goods using the payment tools built into the Internet application or by paying the invoice corresponding to the order prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The paid invoice also serves as an event ticket; a separately printed or electronically prepared ticket will not be delivered.

Purchased tickets are accepted for refund and/or exchange only in the event of cancellation/postponement of the event.

By purchasing a ticket, the Buyer agrees to the internal rules of the venue set by the event organizer.

The SELLER, in accordance with Articles 1773 and 1774 of the Civil Law, does not assume the risk of chance and does not refund the nominal value of the ticket in cases where the event is canceled due to a chance event or force majeure (war, natural disasters, epidemics, riots, strikes, acts of authorities, etc.) .

Data processing and privacy policy

  1. The user voluntarily agrees to provide information about himself/herself that is necessary for purchasing tickets in the online store.
  2. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
  3. The Seller uses the information provided by the User only in the interests of the Buyer in accordance with the published Data processing principles . Information about the Buyer is available to third parties only in accordance with the procedures specified in the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
