On June 7 at 9:00 PM, the Duo Mediante and guitarist Indars Grasbergs will perform the program "LOKS" at the Concert Dome.
The music of composer Imants Kalniņš is the main leitmotif of this program. In their arrangements, the musicians have given a unique sound to well-known and beloved melodies, as well as included lesser-known, but equally beautiful opuses in the repertoire. The program is musically and emotionally magnificent and diverse, varying with genres and styles and intertwining both transcendental themes and non-sad scenes in a single circle.
The concert program "LOKS" will surprise the listener with unexpected textural and sound solutions, where the usual instrumental accompaniment is replaced by an accordion and guitar, which surround the vocal part created by the composer with both a fragile, minimalist accompaniment and a canvas of organ and even orchestral sounds.
It will be a play of sparkling vocals, sensitive accordion, and passionate guitar playing, inviting the listener to leave everyday worries behind for a moment and experience a true, fun, and light-hearted story through song.

What to expect?
Seating only, no tables. Enjoy a fun and light-hearted Saturday evening. We will offer tea, coffee, wine or sparkling drinks and of course all your favorite country cakes during the break.
VIP seating at tables, each reservation has its own table with snacks from the local gourmet shop Lauva.
We will welcome all guests with a glass of wine or lemonade, which is already included in the concert price. During the intermission, we will share country cake and treat ourselves to coffee.
