Ticket purchase rules LV

These terms, rights and obligations determine the relationship between Koncertkupols (SIA "ES&ME" registration number  LV40203351004 Legal address O.Vācieša Street 49-3, actual address Ceriņi, Jaunjelgava) and User - a person who makes a purchase(s) in the online store koncertkupols.lv.

  1. By making a payment, the User confirms that the purchase corresponds to his/her choice.
  2. Purchased tickets are accepted for refund and/or exchange only in the event of cancellation/postponement of the event.
  3. Purchased tickets may be transferred to other persons.
  4. By purchasing a ticket, the User agrees to the internal rules of the event venue set by the event organizer.
  5. Payment for the ticket is made immediately in full, applying the entered discount codes, if any.
  6. Tickets are not delivered separately. The paid invoice serves as an event ticket.

  7. The seller, in accordance with Articles 1773 and 1774 of the Civil Law, does not assume the risk of chance and does not refund the nominal value of the ticket in cases where the event is canceled due to a chance event or force majeure (war, natural disasters, epidemics, riots, strikes, acts of authorities, etc.) .

  • 20% discount on tickets (for a 24-month period)
  • 25% birthday discount
  • Reserved table at all concerts
  • 11th concert: discount up to 50%

✅ Elite Guest keeps their

✅ Discount rules for the 6th and 11th concerts:
The discount is valid for all ticket purchases at once, if the tickets are purchased
loyalty member. 50% discount on seats or 30% discount on VIP seats, which includes
snacks.

✅ Birthday discounts:

  • Concert Friend: 15%,
  • Music Patron: 20%,
  • Elite Guest: 25%.

Discounts do not stack.
